2. Who Can Use InstantJob24
Companies must provide accurate business information and a valid trade license where required. Workers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate identity information for verification.
3. Requirements & Hiring
Companies are responsible for the accuracy of posted requirements, including salary, location, and role details. InstantJob24 facilitates matching but is not a party to the employment relationship between a company and a worker unless explicitly stated.
4. Verification
Worker verification reflects the checks completed at the time of approval. InstantJob24 makes reasonable efforts to verify identity and credentials but does not guarantee ongoing conduct or performance.
5. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (Free, Business, Pro, or Enterprise). Hiring fees, where applicable, are disclosed before a hire is confirmed.
6. Community Help Module
Community Help posts (blood donation, lost & found, and similar requests) are free, non-commercial, and provided as-is. InstantJob24 does not verify the accuracy of Community Help posts.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InstantJob24 after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
